Preheat over to 350 degrees.

Boil two manicotti noodles until done. Remove onto a plate.

Mix 1 small diced chicken breast with 2 Tablespoons Allouette garlic herb cheese spread, a couple Tablespoons of diced broccoli, cracked pepper.  I dice the chicken and broccoli real small but leave a few larger pieces for garnish on top.

Stuff the warm manicotti noodles with the chicken mixture.

Place in a shallow pan.  Add 1/2 ounce colby jack cheese on top of the two manicotti making sure the cheese coveres the entire top well to keep the noodles from hardening.  Then place some garnish chicken pieces and broccoli pieces on top of the two tubes.

Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is bubbly.  20-30 minutes.

Drizzle one Tablespoon of my alfredo sauce on the plate to keep the noodles moist when you lay them on the plate.  Then drizzle one more Tablespoon of my homemade alfredo sauce on top of the two noodles.  Yum! dig in! My sauce recipe can be frozen in Glad cutlets for later use.  It heats up beautifully, unlike the oily fattening stuff.  It tastes real close to Olive Garden's alfredo sauce.  NO fake food for me!  I paired the meal with fresh peaches and banana slices and a fresh sliced tomato.  This is GOOD eating folks!  Enjoy  Barby
