Barby's alfredo sauce recipe

This is my most requested recipe. My yummy real food Alfredo Sauce. Here is the recipe again.  I use Amish egg noodles with it.They are on Walmart online. At my Safeway too. Love those noodles! (sorry about the wrap around words on this post, I pasted it and it did not line up but you will get the idea.)

Here is the recipe:
This will be enough for two meals. A total of two meals.

Ingredients:

1 diced roasted garlic clove or 4 shakes of fine garlic powder

1/4 cup Parmesan grated cheese 4 points I use Galbani brand.

1 T fresh torn up basil (optional)

3/8ths cup 2% milk 2 points

1tsp white flour

1tsp whipped butter 1 point

Total is 7 points for two servings of sauce. I make this for hubby and me. It is divine.  I use it on pasta, on top of chicken on a Rhodes roll. And more. Endless cheesy ideas using this. And it tastes real because... it IS real! I just skinify many things but still use real foods. No diet stuff.

Directions:

On very low heat melt butter and add flour. It will be pasty so add a little of the milk to thin it. Add the garlic. Add the rest of the milk and heat thru. Add the cheese. It  will thicken quickly. Add basil. Stir and heat thru. Pour on pasta. Thin it with milk if you want it thinner but add points for that. I make it just like I have written. It’s quick and sooooo good!
