Yes my friends! Only ONE HALF POINT each for my peanut butter banana chocolate chip cookie-let! Yes one half point. Or 3 points for all 6 on the lunch plate! 6 are on this plate. WOW what a low point snack! Tasty to the tum tum! This recipe is for 6 cookie-lets but you can double the recipe. 3 points total for 6 cookie-lets, or 1/2 point per cookie-let.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 17 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean and edges are brown.
Ingredients for cookie-let recipe that fills 6 brownie size 2-1/2 by 2-1/2 inch square cavities in a multiple cavity pan.
1 egg
1/8 cup Kodiak peanut butter power cakes, flapjack waffle mix
1/8 cup quaker quick oats
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 very ripe bananas mashed
1 tsp mini semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Mix all together in a bowl with a spoon. Pour into a Pam spritzed pans with flour to prevent sticking. Use the cavity size pans I stated above. Bake at 350 degrees for 17 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before eating. Dust with sifted powdered sugar and a dot of reddi wip.
